摘要
低温热水地板辐射采暖是一种利用建筑物内部地面进行供暖的系统。它既能高效地使用各种低品位能,达到节能效果;又具有室内温度均匀、卫生条件高、舒适性好等特点。是一种减少建筑能耗提高热舒适性的理想供暖系统。目前国外低温地板辐射采暖使用已较广泛。而在我国由于对该系统的热工性能和供暖基本认识上不完备,仍处于起步阶段。设计、施工、运行技术均不够完善。
本文主要是对XX夏3#楼进行低温热水地板辐射采暖的系统设计。首先对低温热水地板辐射采暖国内外现状、优缺点、传热特点和铺设方式进行了分析,得出了这是一种舒适节能的采暖方式。再对住宅楼进行采暖热负荷计算,由于地板辐射采暖室内实感温度高于设计温度,所以计算时采用相应降低室内计算温度的方法,满足节能要求。在管道铺设方面,选择了交聚乙烯管道双回形铺设的方式。这种铺设方式地板表面的均匀,满足了舒适性要求。最后,在各户安装温控阀和热计量表,对各户房间进行温度控制和热计量。
总之,地板采暖是一种既古老又崭新,既舒适又节能的供暖方式。

Abstract
The low temperature water radiant floor heating is a system that takes advantage of the floor surface to heat the room. It not only efficiently makes use of the various low energy to the energy efficiency, but also has the even room temperature 、good sanitation、good comfort and so on. So it is a ideal heating system that reduces the consumption of energy and raises the thermal comfort. At present the low temperature water floor heating has been used widely overseas, but in my country it is still at starting stage of the unmature acknowledgement for the thermodynamic performance. The design、practice and operation technology are not perfect.
This paper is a system design of the low temperature water floor panel heating system for the housing building. The floor heating system is a kind of system ensuring good comfort and energy efficiency in comparison with the others.
First, this paper analyzes the present conditions, evolution, advantages, disadvantages, the features in heat transfer and tubing. Second, it calculates the heat load of the housing building. Perceived room temperature exceeds the designed temperature of floor panel heating, so the floor heating has the differences in indoor thermal comfort from that of other heating modes on the basis of thermal comfort theories. Through a quantitative analysis of overall energy efficiencies, this design adequately reduces the indoor heating temperature of the heat load calculation while keeping the same heating effect. In aspect of the laying tubing, this paper adopts the double spiral of concrete embedded plastic radiant floor heating. The method can achieve a even floor surface temperature. Last, the heat meter and thermostatic radiator valve setting in the every house control the temperature and implement the house hold heat metering.
All of the above, the low temperature water radiant floor heating is a ancient efficient heating method.
