摘 要:本文系统的阐述了回旋冲击钻具轴承结构和密封润滑方式的设计。设计内容包括轴承结构设计、密封润滑方式设计、轴承结构主要零件的工艺分析、气动驱动结构的载荷设计以及成本、效益的比较计算等几个主要部分。同时,在AutoCAD的基础之上,完成了回旋冲击钻具轴承结构的装配图和主要零件图的绘制。通过对轴承结构和润滑方式的研究以及结合回旋冲击钻具的工作要求,设计出了主轴组合轴承结构、环型轴承结构、芯捻润滑和局部密封润滑方式,成功的解决了回旋冲击钻具工作中传动摩擦大,密封润滑难的问题,有效的保证了钻具的工作条件,使设计后的钻具功率损耗小,提高了钻具的工作效率。

Abstract
Abstract: This graduation design systematically elaborated the designing of the bear structure of rotating striking drill tool and the method of sealing, which including bear structure designing, sealing lubricating method designing, the analysis of the process of main parts of the bear structure, air driving structure loading designing and the comparing calculate of the cost and profit. At the same time, based on the AutoCAD, the assembly drawing and main parts drawing of the bear structure of rotating striking drill tool were finished. Via the study of bear structure and lubricating method, connecting to the working requirement of the rotating striking drill tool, the combined bear structure of the main shaft, round bear structure and twirl-coring lubricating and located sealing lubricating were designed. And some problems such as large frication in transmission and difficulty of sealing lubricating when rotating striking drill tool was working, were resolved successfully, then the working conditions of the drill tool were guaranteed effectively, and the power using was decreased, and the efficiency was promoted.
