摘 要
双梁式起重机是一种以主要应用于工作车间,以间歇作业方式对物料进行水平移动的搬运机械。国内起重机相对发达国家有很大差距,起重机目前的发展趋势为大型化、创新设计、核心技术化、模块化和组合化、新型化和实用化。本次设计的内容为双梁式起重机大车运行机构的设计和减速器轴的有限元分析。主要的设计计算内容为大车运行机构,即主动、被动车辆组、减速器的设计计算和电动机的选择。通过ANSYS 10.0对减速器承受扭矩最大的轴进行静态有限元分析。最后使用AutoCAD 2007软件绘制装配图和零件图。

Double beam crane is a kind of moving machinery which is mainly used in the work shop, and the material is carried by the intermittent operation. Compared with the developed countries, the current development trend of crane is large, innovative design, core technology, modularization and combination, new and practical. The content of this design is the design of double girder crane and the finite element analysis of the reducer shaft. The main content of the design calculation for the cart running mechanism, that is, active, passive vehicle group, reducer design calculation and the choice of the motor. Static finite element analysis of the axle bearing torque of the reducer by ANSYS 10. Finally use AutoCAD 2007 software to draw the assembly drawing and parts drawing.
