在不可再生能源日益供需状态紧张以及生态环境逐渐趋向恶化的今天,伴随着人们日益增长的收入,开始富裕起来的人们对汽车这种传统出行方式的需求也越来越明显。然而,穹顶之下,传统汽车的燃料所依赖的汽油、柴油所产生的汽车尾气也正是我们如今以雾霾为典型的各种形式的气候问题元凶之一,所以汽车领域在以“可持续发展”为基础,“科学发展观”为指导的科技创新里必然要使用一种以新型绿色、低排放甚至零排放的新型能源来作为新型汽车的动力来源,因此纯电动汽车这种以电能这种清洁能源以其来源广、零排放、易储存、安全性高的优势作为动力的新型汽车应运而生。
此次的毕业论文题目,就是根据目前汽车市场上方兴未艾的纯电动汽车为研究基础,通过轮毂电机这种新型的动力传动方式来实现小型纯电动汽车的多种新颖的行进动作以及很大程度上简化传统汽车的传动系统,即从传统“三大件”(发动机、变速箱、底盘)简化为仅需合理的设计好底盘即可。
这次所设计的课题是以轮毂电机技术为基础,市场化方向定位为市区中老年人代步车,车身结构为3门2座两厢,通过四个具备轮毂电机的车轮以适时四驱的形式行驶的一种体现低成本、环保、节能、便利等诸多优势的纯电动汽车。
本设计是关于纯电动汽车诸多动力方案之一的轮毂电机进行进一步的研究。利用CAXA以及CATIA等二维与三维软件来对本设计进行绘图。其包括轮胎、轮辋、电机、旋转变压器、盘式制动器。
