摘要

目前，农作物秸秆及牧草类等粗纤维物料粉碎加工多采用普通粉碎机，效率低，能耗高，不能达到粉碎要求，市场上也没有专业的加工机械产品面世，因此研制秸秆和牧草等物料加工机械存在着客观的必要性。为此，主要介绍了秸秆类粉碎机的设计思想、设计方案、主要零部件的设计要点、性能参数的确定以及本机的工作原理。

针对现有玉米秸秆加工机械加工时的秸秆水分、营养成分流失严重等问题，设计出了一种采用三维切割方式的青玉米秸秆粉碎机，介绍该粉碎机的主要结构和设计参数。研究新型玉米秸秆粉碎机械，解决在工作原理及性能、尺寸参数、材料等方面的问题，以达到对青状玉米秸秆类物料的加工利用，解决成本低与生产率高的矛盾，保证粉粒尺寸满足实际生产的需要，为我国农村，农业的发展提供技术支持。玉米秸秆粉碎机可有力的促进农牧产业的发展，使农副产品变废为宝。

Abstract

Currently, etc. Straw and forage crude fiber material crushing mill processed more than ordinary , low efficiency, high energy consumption, can not meet the requirements crush on the market and no specialized processing machinery products available, and therefore the development of materials such as straw and forage processing machinery exists an objective necessity . For this purpose, mainly introduced to determine the straw shredder design ideas, design, design elements of the main components , the performance parameters and the working principle of the machine.

For existing moisture corn stalk straw processing machinery processing time , the loss of nutrients and serious problem , devised a way of using three-dimensional green corn stalks cut shredders, describes the main structure and design parameters of the mill . Research new corn stalks crushing machinery to solve problems in the working principle and performance, size parameters , materials, etc. , in order to achieve the green corn stalk -like processing and utilization of materials , to resolve conflicts with high productivity and low cost , to ensure silt size to meet the actual production needs , provide technical support for the development of rural areas, agriculture. Corn stalk shredders can effectively promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industries, so that agricultural waste into treasure .
